Europe: 3-7 working days
Worldwide: Up to 21 working days
Shipping Costs:
Free shipping for orders of €68 or above.
€7 shipping cost within Europe for orders below €68.
€15 shipping cost worldwide for orders below €68.
Shipping is available only to countries we can deliver to.
Returns and Refunds
Return Criteria:
Products must be returned in the same sealed bag as received, with the hangtag attached.
The ‘Not for Sale’ line cannot be returned.
Timeframe for Returns: Customers must email order@aponous.com with their order number, full name, and reason for return within 30 days of purchase.
Process for Returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
