At Apo Nous, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer the following return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Condition: Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Socks and underwear
Pre-Order items
Return Process
Return Form: To expedite the return process, please fill out our return form. This helps us identify the return and process it efficiently.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
International Returns (Non-EU): For returns outside the EU, it is essential to correctly mark the shipment as a return. If the return is not properly marked, APO NOUS reserves the right to charge any applicable fees (customs duties, sales tax).
Refunds
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Lost in Transit: Please note that returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend retaining proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Exchanges
No Exchange Process: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item as per our return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
Procedure: If you received an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@aponous.com. We will review your case and cover the return shipping costs if deemed appropriate.
Important Notes
Condition of Returned Items: Please ensure that all returned items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition, and include the correct packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the denial of your refund.
