Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We currently ship to the following countries:

• Belgium & The Netherlands: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
• Germany: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
• Luxembourg, Spain, & Portugal: Estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days.
• Austria & France: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.

You can return items within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Exceptions include sale items, personalized items, socks, and underwear. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer exchanges; instead, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
