Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Belgium & The Netherlands: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days.
  • Germany: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days.
  • Luxembourg, Spain, & Portugal: Estimated delivery time is 4-6 working days.
  • Austria & France: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination:

  • Belgium & The Netherlands: €7
  • Germany: €9
  • Luxembourg, Spain, & Portugal: €13
  • Austria & France: €14

Order Tracking

We provide order tracking via SendCloud. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the listed countries.
